Data collected
The site only collects data when you use the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject of your request, the work concerned if any, and the content of your message.
Like any website, the hosting provider also records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed) to keep the service secure and running.
How the data is used
Your data is only used to reply to your request: price for a work, commission, exhibition, press or any other question. This processing is based on your decision to get in touch and on the artist's legitimate interest in replying.
It is never sold, rented or used to send you advertising.
Recipients
Your messages are read by Yamina Béchu. They pass through the servers of the site and email host, IONOS SARL, acting as a technical provider.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than three years after the last exchange.
Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement, and loads nothing from third-party services. A simple technical marker, stored in your browser for the duration of your visit, prevents the home animation from replaying on every page: it contains no personal data.
"In your home" preview
The photo you upload to try a canvas in your interior stays on your device. It is neither sent to the site nor stored.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing or object to it. Simply write through the contact form.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
